Privacy notice

How SIFT Data Center handles information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Information collected

Our project enquiry and general message forms collect the contact and project information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, location, capacity, timeline and message.

Use and access

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess opportunities and coordinate project discussions. Access is limited to authorised SIFT personnel and relevant project specialists where needed for your enquiry.

Hosting, forms and human verification

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions and spam filtering. The general message form uses Google reCAPTCHA for human verification. These providers can process technical information and personal data in the regions where they operate. Read Netlify’s Privacy Statement and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Video content

The two Brightray videos are hosted with this website. The CNBC documentary uses a YouTube player, which can process device and usage information when loaded or played. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

Retention and requests

We keep enquiry information while relevant to the opportunity or as required for business, contractual or legal purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, use the general message form and identify your message as a privacy request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry information. Please avoid sharing sensitive documents through an initial enquiry and request an NDA before exchanging confidential project material.

Local CSV analysis

The separate staff analysis tool processes selected CSV files locally in the browser. It does not upload those files or their results. Downloaded summaries remain on the staff member’s device.
